Our first development under The Wafus Limited is currently under construction in Akright City, Bwebajja, along the Entebbe Road corridor. Construction commenced in late 2025.

The development comprises 20 residences:

• 12 two-bedroom units, each with two and a half bathrooms
• 4 one-bedroom units, each with one and a half bathrooms
• 4 studio apartments

The mix has been planned to serve different buyers, from professionals and smaller households to purchasers seeking a well-positioned residential investment.

This is the first project to carry The Wafus Limited name. We understand what that means. Buyers are not being asked to rely on a long corporate history that does not yet exist. They can instead assess the Managing Director’s development experience, the work taking place on site and the quality of the decisions evident in the project itself.

A serious property purchase requires more than attractive renderings. Buyers need clear information about what is being constructed, the specifications being offered, the progress achieved and the party responsible for delivery.

We intend to earn confidence through visible work, careful decision-making and straightforward communication. We want buyers to examine the plans, visit the site, understand the unit they are considering and make their decision on the strength of verifiable information.

Our responsibility extends from the overall architecture to the details that determine whether a property works well in practice. These include floor-plan efficiency, light, ventilation, circulation, materials, service areas, security, landscaping and long-term maintenance.
